Athletes were greeted with a welcome kit in their hotel room to kick off the NES in style.

Nike Elite Summit introduction along with Italian soccer player Sara Gama, Juventus Captain.
SHOES CUSTOMISATION WITH CLESSIO
NIKE encouraged every athlete to express their style and creativity by customising Air Force shoes along with Clessio support.
COOKING CLASS
Enhancing communication and teamwork with an interactive experience based on “healthy” competition.
PRODUCT SESSION MONTEBELLUNA AND SPEED CHALLENGE
Montebelluna team showcased upcoming boots and future innovations to the athletes in order to gathered their feedback.
A 3D scanner allowed to build the exact shape of the athletes’ feet in just few seconds while highlighting very single detail of the foot.
Moreover, the young athletes were involved in a speed challenge: the winners will take part in an event for the new Mercurial launch in Berlin where they will be asked to compete with other challenge winners from across Europe.
"HOW TO INTERVIEW" WORKSHOP
The football journalist Alessia Tarquinio and Hub Agency with the supervision of Nike Comms team involved the athletes in an interactive session to discover how to sustain an interview in an efficient and professional manner.
MILANO TEAM EXPRESS
It’s team building time for the Nike athletes. They are divided in teams and required to work together to strategize on how to reach the goal they were given.
The activity is shaped as a race around Milan, which allowed the teams to explore the city while completing their missions.
PHOTOSHOOT
Elevate athletes as brand, preparing them for a future under the spotlight. Make-up artists and stylists, from our Nike VM&S team, were engaged to make athletes feel as exceptional as they would on a professional photo shoot.
The results are amazing picture with lifestyle outfit and performance action shoot.
